Description

These expansion washers are used on the exhaust manifold to head studs, these are designed to expand and contract as the exhaust heats up without coming undone. Sold as singles these are used on the VW T25 Diesel from 1984 to 1992 and all VW T4 and VW T5 models.

These are the special washers used to attach the exhaust manifold to the head on TD models.

These allow the Manifold to expand and contract as it warms and cools.
Using standard washers may result in loose nuts and/or manifold warping.
